Vazhaipoo Kola Urundai

Banana bloosom is called as Vazhaipoo in tamil which is good source of fiber and has lot of health benefits.Since vazhaipoo is available easily in my home town,it is one of the frequently used vegeatable in my parents place. My mom makes the Kola Urundai  as an evening snack or a side dish for rice varieties.Whenever I buy vazhaipoo I make poriyal with half of it and the remaining half will be used for kola urundai or vadai.

Ingredients
