My husband is a egg lover. He likes to eat egg in any form,I make  this recipe in the weekends if I run out of veggies and this a feast for him.The recipe follows

  6. Coriander powder-2tsp
  7. Garam masala-1/2 tsp
  8. Fennel seeds(sombu)-1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander and curry leaves
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Oil-3tbs

To grind
  1. Coconut-3tbs

  1. Boil the eggs , remove the shell and make 2 slits on the top and bottom of the egg.
  2. Chop the onion and tomatoes.
  3. Put oil in a pan and season it with fennel seeds.
  4. Fry the onion till it becomes transparent and add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Add in tomatoes, curry leaves, salt and fry it till it becomes mushy.

  • Garam masala can be replaced by adding cloves and cinnamon in the seasoning.
  • Kulambhu milagai powder can be used instead of chilly and coriander powder.
