These cookies are rich with a buttery flavor, chocolaty taste with a mild sweetness. Its perfect for gifting as it stays fresh for longer. The dough can be rolled out and cut with cookie cutter or sliced with the knife. Here I used 1 inch square cookie cutter to cut the dough.
